Aufruf zur Einreichung von Beiträgen:

Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme von Doktoranden ist die Einreichung eines Artikels und ihrer Promotionsstrategie für das laufende Kalenderjahr. Die Artikel werden im Tagungsband (mit ISBN) veröffentlicht. Während des Workshops erhalten Sie ein mündliches und schriftliches Feedback zu den Artikeln und haben anschließend die Möglichkeit, diese zu überarbeiten. Mit Ihrer Anmeldung erklären Sie sich mit dieser Veröffentlichung einverstanden. Die Promotionsstrategie wird im Workshop besprochen; sie wird ausdrücklich nicht veröffentlicht.

Einreichungen in englischer und deutscher Sprache sind möglich.

• Hinweis zum Artikel:
  • Ordnen Sie Ihre Arbeit in das akademische Umfeld Ihres Faches ein.
  • Was ist die Forschungslücke, die Sie füllen wollen?
  • Beschreiben Sie die Methoden, die Sie angewendet haben oder anzuwenden gedenken, um diese Lücke zu füllen.
  • Werten Sie erste Experimente und Ergebnisse aus, die Ihre Forschung bisher erbracht hat.
  • Umfang: 2.500-3.500 Wörter, mindestens 8, jedoch maximal 12 Seiten entsprechend Formatvorlage
  • Abbildungen: mindestens 300 dpi; Schriftgröße ähnlich der im Text
  • Formatvorlagen (LaTeX und Word): Templates für Beiträge, Template für Promotionskonzept. Falls Sie weitere Fragen besitzen, wenden Sie sich bitte an Jun.-Prof. Dr. Danny Kowerko
• Hinweise zur Promotionsstrategie für 2022: Stellen Sie die geplanten Arbeitsschritte für jeden Monat in tabellarischer Form auf maximal 2 Seiten gemäß der Formatvorlage dar. (Vorlage wird hier noch verlinkt.) Upload erfolgt auch unter nachfolgend genanntem Easychair Link

Call for Submissions:

Participating doctoral candidates are obliged to submit an article and their doctoral strategy for the current calendar year. The articles will be published in the conference proceedings (with ISBN). During the workshop, you will receive oral and written feedback on the articles and will then have the opportunity to revise them. With your registration, you agree to this publication. The PhD strategy will only be discussed in the workshop; it will explicitly not be published.

Submissions in English and German are possible.

• Note on the article:
  • Outline the importance of your work within the academic environment of your discipline.
  • Which research gap do you want to fill?
  • Describe the methods you have used or plan to use to fill this gap.
  • Evaluate initial experiments and results that your research has produced so far.
  • Length: 2,500-3,500 words, minimum 8, but maximum 12 pages according to the template
  • Illustrations: at least 300 dpi; font size similar to that in the text
