Participants in the basic qualification learn about best and bad practice examples in teaching.
⏳ Processing time: approx. 30 to 60 minutes
- Definition:
Interaction describes the social interplay between you and your students. The interactions between you influence the learning process in your tutorial. It is therefore important to always keep an eye on this, for example disruptions, willingness to cooperate, motivation of the participants and respectful interaction with each other.
What really makes a tutorial lesson
You enter the seminar room, ready to lead your tutorial. Everything is prepared, the content is ready and you have prepared yourself well. But then things go differently than planned. The group is restless, the participants' questions get out of hand and suddenly you realise: The thread is lost. How could you have done it better?
Another time you are thrilled: your method works perfectly, the participants are engaged and motivated and you leave the room with the feeling that you have made a difference. What was the key to success this time?
In this module, you will immerse yourself in exactly such scenarios. Using short videos, we will show you examples of good and bad practice in teaching.
