Computer- und robotergestützte Chirurgie
Die Vorlesung und Übungen beschäftigen sich mit dem Gebiet computer- und robotergestützter Assistenzsysteme für die Chirurgie. Hierbei wird die Verarbeitungskette von der Bildakquisition bis zu intraoperativen Assistenz behandelt. Die Schwerpunkte der Vorlesung liegen in den Bereichen Bildakquisition, medizinische Bildverarbeitung und Segmentierung, Grundlagen von Roboter- und Navigationssystemen sowie intraoperative Unterstützung und Erweiterte Realität. Ziel der Vorlesung ist die Vermittlung eines grundlegenden methodischen Verständnisses bezüglich des Aufbaus computer- und robotergestützter Assistenzsysteme. Die Vorlesung soll es ermögliche, eigene Systeme zu konzipieren und wichtige Designentscheidungen korrekt zu fällen. Zahlreiche Beispiele aus Forschungsprojekten und klinischem Alltag vermitteln einen guten Überblick über dieses spannende Gebiet der Informatik.

The course provides a thorough introduction and an extensive historical and stylistic overview of Islamic art, extending beyond the traditional boundaries to include insights into the arts of Muslim minorities in non-Muslim regions. It examines the religious and cultural foundations that shaped distinct artistic styles and decorative motifs. Students will acquire a solid understanding of the distinguishing characteristics, schools of art, and historically renowned Muslim artists. Additionally, the course will reflect on how cultural exchanges with Europe and the East have enriched Islamic book art, architecture, calligraphy, painting, glass art, ceramics, and textiles on each side.
