Starting Abaqus/CAE at CAE pool

The option -mesa can be added when facing graphics problems during remote access.

The command

 abq2020 interactive job=JOBNAME

submits the job file "JOBNAME.inp". Verified input files can be found in the Abaqus Verification Manual. Further command line options can be found in Section 3 of Abaqus Analysis User Manual.
