Innovation management - From creativity to transformation
A new module has been added to the MBA programme on a topic that was not yet covered. The module is a free elective and is named “Innovation management - From creativity to transformation”. The faculty has recently decided to fund this new module with the intent of broadening perspectives for the students.
Jeanette Hänseroth offers this lecture as part of a block-seminar spread across two weekends. She graduated the MBA IMRE programme in 2013 (one of the predecessors of MBA IBRE) and followed the then still existing double degree programme with King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Thailand.
Mrs Hänseroth in in the middle of a remarkable career in and around environmental management and energy. Today, she works in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) as an Innovation Manager. SGRE is an Original Equipment Manufacturer of wind turbines that engages in innovation across the renewable energy portfolio. This makes her the prime contact person for all MBA IBRE students (innovation management) and in particular in the Environment and Resources-specialization (renewable energy).
All business and industrial engineering students may equally be interested and are invited to join in.
The lecture is included into our faculty teaching programme as a free elective module in its own right and earns you 3 ECTS upon successful completion of course requirements. These credit points are fully accreditable in the MBA programme and also in most German-speaking study programmes. Teaching in the module assumes an interactive character with presentations by all students. The module is taught once each academic year, in summer semesters. The teaching is organized in two block weekends.
