We don't know what will be in the future. Competence management therefore means imparting understanding and skills for situation analysis so that you have the ability to act in unfamiliar situations and understand the causes and your own effects. Intercultural competence means preparing yourself for an uncertain tomorrow.

 

The course can be carried out independently and for the most part online. Part of the course is dedicated to intercultural experience. Please inform yourself in good time about places and offers from Faranto e.V., e.g. the buddy program, which begins before the start of the semester, and at the Stura.
