Innovative Semiconductor Devices
Implementation of the course ISD in WS 2024/25:
The Innovative Semiconductor Devices course consists of lectures, exercises and simulation training/lab course.
The course elements are conducted as classroom courses (only in the lecture room / PC pool). To participate, you have to register at OPAL under Registration "ISD" --> "Enroll" and attend the courses.
The access to the downloads and information will be protected by a password in the second week of the course, which you will receive in the first lecture. The slides for the lectures and tutorials will be made available one day before each lecture until the end of the semester.
The course will begin on October 17 with an introductory lecture starting at 4:40 p.m. in room N63/A001/U.
