Innovative Semiconductor Devices (ISD) – Winter Semester 2026/27

The Innovative Semiconductor Devices (ISD) course consists of lectures, tutorials, and simulation-based practical sessions.

All course activities will take place in person (in the lecture hall or computer lab). To participate, students must register via OPAL under Registration "ISD" → "Enroll" and attend the scheduled sessions.

Access to course materials and information will be password-protected starting in the second week. The password will be provided during the first lecture. Lecture slides will be made available one day before the respective sessions and will remain accessible until the end of the semester.

The course will begin on October 15, 2026, at 4:40 p.m. with an introductory lecture in room N63/A001/U.
