Innovative Semiconductor Devices
Implementation of the course ISD in WS 2022/23:
The course Innovative Semiconductor Devices consists of lectures, exercises, and lab courses. According to current information (October 2022), you can be present in the lecture room. To participate in the course, you will need to log in to OPAL under Registration "ISD" --> "Enroll."
If you are unable to attend the lecture in person, you may attend virtually via Zoom meeting. A link will be posted in OPAL before the lecture. The slides for the lectures and tutorials will be available one day before the lecture and will be available for download in OPAL until the end of the semester.
The course begins on October 13, with the lecture from 16:40 in room BAR I88. Changes in the schedule will be announced in the lecture and on OPAL.
