Introduction to Data Science

This course introduces fundamental concepts for data science.

After completing this course, you are expected to have developed the following competences:

• You can inspect a dataset, and create meaningful visualisations to understand the data better.
• You can use machine learning techniques to solve regression, classification and survival problems.
• You understand challenges to analysing data and creating generalisable machine learning models, such as missing data, overfitting and underfitting.
