The course gives a basic overview of the field environmental management. The students learn about current management practices and methods in the field of corporate sustainability as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR).  

The course covers among others:

  • Assessment of environmental impacts of industrial and business activities,
  • Societal, economic and legal frameworks of environmental protection,
  • Environmental Management Systems
  • Methods and tools of Cleaner Production
