HR development, competence and knowledge management

The aim of the seminar is to earn new knowledge about current topics and research results in knowledge and competence management and human resource development. The seminar focuses on the interplay of knowledge management and human resource management by providing scientific contributions to solve concrete practical problems and exploring roles and functions to support organizational goals.

Students choose a topic from selected research areas and research questions. The topic should be prepared and presented in a scientific manner (practical challenge, theoretical frame, research methods, methods/tolls for knowledge mangement or HRM/D, solutions and limitations). Every student had to hold a presentation including discussion and to write a term paper. The seminar language is english.
