This course consists of three parts: Lecture, Tutorium and Seminar. All classes will be held in person only.

Attendance and participation in the Seminar is mandatory only for students of Advanced Functional Materials or Advanced Manufacturing, and optional for Ph.D. students*
* Upon completion of the course, 5 credits point are awarded to students of Advanced Functional Materials or Advanced Manufacturing, 4 credit points to students of Physics, and 3 credit points to students of Micro and Nano Systems. Ph.D. students should contact the course supervisor before enrolling in the course.

The seminar will start on October 13th. The first seminar will be used to explain the procedure and some important aspects of scientific talks. Presentations by students will start October 20th.
