Knowledge Management (Modul 6: Organisationales Lernen und Wissensmanagement)
Dear Students, in the next days all required information for the lecture and the tutorial of knowledge management (Modul 6 Organisationales Lernen und WIssensmanagement) for the upcoming winter-term 2023/24 will be published here.
The course presents a review of different concepts and theories related to knowledge management (KM), in-depth knowledge of the development towards a knowledge society, and knowledge processes in organizations. The course includes knowledge management theories and models, KM design, KM informatics, tools and technologies for managing knowledge, and an overview of key issues in KM. Topics include how knowledge is created, shared, transferred, integrated, and absorbed so as to fully leverage the intellectual assets of a firm. In addition, knowledge management system design and knowledge innovation are also discussed. The course requires that students develop a foreseen sight on the topic of knowledge management.
