  • Optical communication systems

Aims

Students understand the fundamental properties of halogen perovskites and are familiar with their synthesis. The students understand how physical parameters are analysed and are aware of the benefits of halogen perovskites for a broad field or opto-electronic applications. In the Seminar, the student learn the critical interaction with the literature as well as the working mechanisms of relevant experimental techniques.

Requirements

Participants should be familiar with the fundamentals of semiconductor physics and should possess a general understanding of solar cells and light-emitting diodes
