International Strategy
Course description:
Central concepts and theories of global strategy and international management are covered and discussed. Furthermore, different market entry strategies are analyzed, and international management's economic, political, social, and cultural contextual factors are highlighted. The discussion focuses on the tension between global efficiency and local adaptation of multinational companies.
Qualification objectives:
Upon successful completion of the course, students will have developed in-depth knowledge of international strategy and international management and will be able to analyze and apply key theories and concepts critically.
