Welcome to the TU Chemnitz learning platform. Here you will find information on the registration of master theses at the Chair of Computer Engineering.

The Master's thesis is a first scientific paper which is publicly defended.

The topic of the thesis is related to a current research topic.

In the Master's thesis and the final defense, students demonstrate that they can work on a limited but challenging problem scientifically within a certain period of time.

The Master's thesis must be written independently. All sources used must be cited. As a rule, Master's theses are automatically checked for plagiarism.

Qualification goals:

Students are able to work scientifically on a limited problem within a certain period of time.

The Master's thesis must always be registered!

Internal Master's theses

The “Masterclass” will be available for internal Master's theses from 2024.

You can only register on a semester basis. (All courses must be attended in person).

The Masterclass is already fully booked for the summer semester 2024.

Registration for the winter semester 2024/2025 will be opened shortly.
