Submission of Final Projects and Resending of Presentation Materials

Dear Participants in the Introduction to Islamic Art Course,

I hope this email finds you well.

I would like to extend my gratitude to those who have already submitted their assignments. For those who have been granted extensions, I look forward to receiving your final projects in due course.

Unfortunately, my work computer was recently affected by a viral attack, which required a complete reinstallation of Windows. As a result, I no longer have access to the presentation files that were shared via USB flash drives. I kindly request that those who presented and shared their slides and abstracts in this manner resend them to me via email at your earliest convenience.

Additionally, if you have not yet submitted the hard copies of your final assignment to Frau Johne, please ensure that they are sent as soon as they are ready.

Dear Students and Participants of the "Introduction to Islamic Art" Course,
 
I hope this message finds you well.
 
For those who were unable to attend several sessions and are seeking guidance on how to approach the final assignment, I have uploaded a comprehensive course study guide. This resource will assist you in selecting appropriate topics to cover in your work.
 
If you require an extension for the final assignment, please email me directly with the reasons for your request.
 
Regarding our visit to the Arabic school, our Arabic calligraphy tutor is pleased to share her professional profile with you. This will allow you to stay informed about her activities, exhibitions, and courses.

I hope my email finds you all well!
I was delighted with your presentations today, and I look forward to hearing more from those who are yet to present next week.
I've included the dates for our visit to the Arabic School in Dresden and our extra online session.
1. The visit to the Arabic School in Dresden
The visit will take place on Sunday, 02.02.25; however, the time slot has changed due to the calligrapher's commitment to other work. We will meet at 11:00 a.m. instead. The address is: Schandauer Straße 64, Dresden.
For those who can't make it, I will provide you with some data on the calligrapher and the school, so you are welcome to visit or contact them later whenever you feel like doing so.
