Prerequisites: Fundamental knowledge in public international law
Content: The module covers the development of universally applicable human rights at international level since the early 20th century and the disputes, opportunities and problems associated with them; the enforcement of human rights in the United Nations, differentiated according to the activities of political bodies, treaty bodies and judicial bodies; and the activities of European institutions in monitoring and enforcing human rights.
