Course Description
The course introduces statistical methods for data analysis—the module deals with descriptive analysis, data preparation, statistical conclusions, ANOVA, and regression models. The students are familiar with data-driven analysis using statistical methods. They can prepare, present, and apply these methods scientifically. To deepen the understanding of the topic, analyses are performed on a selected data set using the programming language R.

Important Information
The number of participants is limited to 30. Places are allocated to students at random. There will be a waiting list.
A kick-off meeting with all the information for the course will be held in room (VMB 302/U)
All exercises and lectures are uploaded as on-demand videos on videocampus.sachsen.de. Corresponding links will be available in the link list. A new video will be uploaded in the timeslot every week.

Access to E-lectures and video exercises
After the kick-off, there will be weekly e-lectures and exercises. Enrolled students will be able to find links in the link list. These videos will be hostest at videocampus sachsen.
Final exam
