The Förderverein handles the financial administration of the
conference, including collecting registration fees and issuing
invoices.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Data

We collect and process the personal information provided through
this registration form, including your name, affiliation, address,
email address, registration category, and, where applicable, your
talk title and abstract, conference dinner participation, and
dietary requirements.

These data are used exclusively for organizing and administering
AAA110, communicating with participants, preparing the scientific
programme, arranging the conference dinner, and handling
registration fees and invoices.

The information necessary for payment processing and invoicing
will be shared with the Förderverein für Mathematik zu Dresden e.V.

Dietary requirements may be shared with the catering provider
to the extent necessary for arranging suitable meals.

If you submit a contributed talk, your name, affiliation, talk
title, and abstract may be published in the conference programme.

Your name and affiliation will only be included in a public
participant list if you explicitly agree to this in the
registration form.

3. Legal Basis

Registration data are processed for the organization of the
conference on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) GDPR in conjunction
with applicable Saxon legislation.

Data required for payment processing and invoicing are processed
on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and, where statutory obligations
apply, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Optional inclusion in the public participant list is based on
your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Dietary information is provided voluntarily. Where such
information includes health-related data, such as allergies,
processing is based on your explicit consent under Articles
6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a) GDPR.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting
aaa110@tu-dresden.de. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness
of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4. Data Retention

Dietary information will be deleted no later than 1 April 2027.

Other personal data collected for conference registration and
organization will be deleted no later than 30 September 2027.

Information published in the conference programme may remain
publicly available after this date.

Payment and invoicing records held by the Förderverein will
be retained for the applicable statutory retention periods.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your
personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure or
restriction of processing, and, where applicable, to object
to processing or request data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the
Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner:
