Participation Fee

As a non-profit initiative, we offer the scientific portion of the Summer School at no cost. However, we request a participation fee to cover accommodation, meals, transport, and activities, which is approximately [insert fee] for the 9 nights (much less for attendees from Sevilla/Spain). Your travel expenses are separate. If you require a visa, please register early. Your registration will only be confirmed after the fee is paid.

Travel Cost Reimbursement

After the approval to teach at the MemrisTec Summer School 2025 we would initiate a guest lecturer contract and need some personal information from you. Usually, we cover the travel costs and the accommodation for the two nights around your lecture for you. We already booked in the ???. Please book your tavel on your own and normal price - please also avoid flights (only reimburseable if cheaper than a train connection) and taxis (not reimburseable) and book as early as you get the confirmation to teach at the Summer School!
