4. Duration of storage
All data requested will be stored on the servers of the TU Dresden Writing Center. After completion of the offer and the associated evaluation, the data is anonymized and stored permanently in anonymized form.
On the day of some events, such as the Long Night of Writing or a writing marathon, signature lists with names and affiliations generated from the collected data are available. These lists are stored permanently for billing purposes, as proof of photo/video permission or refusal, as well as to receive further information about offers from the Writing Center of the Technische Universität Dresden.
5. Deletion of data
Personal data will be deleted after completion of the offer and the associated evaluation. The prior deletion of data requires a written notification to schreibzentrum@mailbox.tu-dresden.de.
6. Data transmission and publication
Data will not be transmitted to third parties. Your personal data will not be published at any time.
7 Voluntariness and revocation
The provision of all data is voluntary. You can refuse this consent or revoke it informally by sending an e-mail to schreibzentrum@mailbox.tu-dresden.de with effect for the future without giving reasons. In these cases, participation in the offers of the TU Dresden Writing Center and the receipt of e-mails is not or no longer possible.
