| Solution |
In order to ensure that participants of a VCL-project can achieve their task, it is important to communicate content and fields of activities of the different roles in advance. Thereby different roles can be assigned. However it is important to have a project manager who is responsible for coordinating and leading the team. The following table describes the contents of some roles in more detail:
