Seminar: New Concepts of Leadership
This seminar builds on the lecture “Aktuelle Führungstheorien und -konzepte”.
Within the seminar students will reflect on new concepts and research findings concerning major challenges within the field of Leadership and Management studies.
Two to four students will build a group and prepare an oral presentation on the assigned topic.
Furthermore, students are asked to present a co-statement on another topic.
The opening session will take place in fall 2023.
The presentations will be held in January and February 2024.
In the meantime, the students have the opportunity to consult the lecturer.
Only for Master students with knowledge in Leadership studies!
In sum, the aim of this seminar is:
- to broaden your understanding of the reasons and process of research
- to train your academic skills (literature review, presentation, discussion etc.)
- to earn new knowledge about current Leadership topics and research results

You will be informed about the detailed times after the registration.The topics will be assigned in the opening session. Please note that participation in the opening session and registration in an opal group (A or B) is mandatory for further participation in the seminar.
