Seminar: New Concepts of Leadership
The seminar New Concepts of Leadership belongs to a module of the MOS program. Accordingly, this seminar builds on the lecture “Leadership”. Within the seminar we will reflect on new research findings concerning major challenges within the field of Leadership.
In sum, the aim of this seminar is:
- to broaden your understanding of the reasons and process of research
- to train your academic skills (literature review, presentation, discussion etc.)
- to earn new knowledge about current Leadership topics and research results

The topics will be assigned in the opening session. Please note that participation in the opening session and registration in the opal group is mandatory for further participation in the seminar.
