Dear Students,

Welcome to the course  W 432 Operational and Supply Chain Design.

In this course, we will talk about Organisational Structures, Change Management and Leadership issues and explore key trends in Supply Chain Design and Management, including tasks, cost management, materials management, demand planning, procurement processes, supplier policies, and transportation challenges. Additionally, we will place a strong emphasis on sustainability issues in conducting a modern business.

The course will be structured as a combination of lectures, engaging discussions, hands-on exercises, and workshop activities to enhance your learning experience and your own research.

Classes will take place every Friday  at 9:45 AM either  at university in Room S 230 or online
