„The course provides an in-depth overview of the protection of human rights at the international and regional level. We will discuss the historical and philosophical developments, principles, substantive law and institutions relevant to human rights. In addition, we will address current challenges and emergent linkages of traditional human rights law to other relevant subject areas, such as climate change, business activities, and migration.”
