Managing Global Networks and Cooperations
Course description:
The course consists of a lecture and an accompanying tutorial. Building on basic knowledge of the internationalization of organizations, the course provides in-depth knowledge of the organizational and strategic development of organizations in the context of global economic, political and social developments.
Qualification objectives:
Upon successful completion of the course, students will have developed an in-depth understanding of the content and problems of organization and strategy in a global context and will be able to reflect on and critically evaluate theoretical and conceptual approaches from the fields of international organization and strategy research and apply appropriate actions.
