- Paper Reading Group "Seminal Discoveries & Developments" (Device fundamentals - the physical point of view, 36 slots),
- Nanoelectronic Systems Design Student Conference (Circuit design related topics, 31 slots),
- Photonic Devices Group (Introduction of optical principles and devices and their CMOS integration, 15 slots),
- Semiconductor Device Fabrication (Semiconductor fabrication processes, vacuum and plasma technology, metrology and film characterization, 20 slots),
where ONE OF THEM has to be attended.
The introduction for the three winter semester courses will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, 11:10 in BAR/0213/H. Subscription to the courses on OPAL will open on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, 18:00 and will close Monday, October 20, 2025, 23:59.
