Mentoring Program for Female Early-Career Researchers

Period: 01.09. - 10.09.2026

I would like to invite you to a reflective discussion at the beginning of the program. The meeting will take place with me, Sarah Fritzsch (project coordinator), in the Fritz-Foerster building Room 140 or online via Zoom and will last a maximum of 1 hour.

We will talk about your expectations of the mentoring program, your career planning and the goals of your personal development. In preparation for the reflective discussion, you are welcome to think about what you expect from your mentor and which personal development goals you would like to set for this year. Please also bring the filled out "Reflection sheet mentees" to the meeting. You can find the form here on OPAL under the tab "Documents".
