Diversity Tage 2026 - Was wir nicht sehen: Unsichtbare Realitäten auf dem Campus

At TUD, inclusive internationalization means integrating intercultural and global learning in the curriculum, creating sustainable mobility pathways, building an international community on and off campus, providing targeted groups of students with services and support programs, and involving faculty, students in staff in shaping our university. In this session, we are going to specifically discuss programs that we have developed to ease the transition for international students into the local and national job market, incentivize students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds to participate in mobility programs, train students and staff to enhance their global and intercultural competencies, and the role of buddy and mentoring systems. We will also address challenges in maintaining support structures and discuss areas that we have not yet sufficiently addressed.
