International Economic Law

This course provides students with the core knowledge and understanding of the fundamental principles, rules and institutions governing the international economic order. It focuses on the main areas of international economic law, namely the law of the World Trade Organization (WTO), investment law, and regional economic integration. The course will also introduce students to the history of trade and the rapidly developing field of business and human rights.
