Laborpraktikum Institut für Angewandte Physik WiSe 2026/27

Dieses Praktikum ist Teil der Masterausbildung in der Spezialisierung "Angewandte Festkörperphysik und Photonik". Ziel ist es, Grundfertigkeiten der Angewandten Physik zu erlernen und die Arbeitsgebiete des Instituts kennenzulernen. Das Laborpraktikum findet im Wintersemester und im Sommersemester statt.

Bitte melden Sie sich im OPAL-Kurs bis zum 03.10.26 an. Es gibt nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Plätzen, um in den Laboren eine effektive Lernumgebung zu schaffen - first come, first served. Die obligatorische Vorbesprechung mit allen Details zum Laborpraktikum findet am Donnerstag, 15.10.26, 8:00 - 9:00 im Hermann-Krone-Bau Raum KRO 1.11 statt. Unentschuldigtes Fehlen führt zur Austragung aus dem Laborpraktikum für das Semester.

Weitere wichtigte Termine:

• Obligatorische Sicherheitseinweisung: tba im KRO 1.11
• Verpflichtender Versuch zur Simulation organischer Halbleiter inkl. Leistungsfeststellung zur Teilnahme am Laborpraktikum: 2 Termine zur Auswahl - 22.10.26 oder 23.10.26, jeweils 8:00 - 14:00

Die Einteilung in Gruppen und Versuche findet nach der Leistungsfeststellung statt. Terminvergabe für die weiteren Versuche ist flexibel nach Bedürfnissen der Teilnehmenden und Verfügbarkeit der Labore.

This lab course is part of the master's training in the specialization "Applied Solid State Physics and Photonics". The aim is to learn basic skills in applied physics and to get to know the institute's areas of work. It takes place during the winter and summer semesters.

Please register for the OPAL course by October 3, 2026. There are only a limited number of spots available to ensure an effective learning environment in the labs - first come, first served. The mandatory information session with all details regarding the lab course will take place on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. in Room KRO 1.11 of the Hermann-Krone Building. Unexcused absence will result in removal from the lab course for the semester.

Other important dates:

• Mandatory safety briefing: tba in KRO 1.11
• Mandatory experiment on materials simulations of organic semiconductors, including performance assessment for participation in the lab course: 2 dates to choose from - October 22 or 23, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Group and experiment assignments will be made after the performance assessment. Scheduling for subsequent experiments is flexible, based on participants’ needs and lab availability.
