HRM Research

The seminar HRM Research belongs to module 5 of the MOS program. Accordingly, this seminar builds on the lecture “Grundlagen und Handlungsfelder des HRM”. Within the seminar we will reflect on new research findings concerning major challenges within the field of Human Resource Management.

In sum, the aim of this seminar is:

• to broaden your understanding of the reasons and process of research
• to train your academic skills (literature review, presentation, discussion, writing etc.)
• to earn new knowledge about current HRM topics and research results
