Seminar: HRM Research

The seminar HRM Research belongs to a module of the MOS program. Accordingly, this seminar builds on the lecture “Human Resource Management”. Within the seminar we will reflect on new research findings concerning major challenges within the field of Human Resource Management.

In sum, the aim of this seminar is:

• to broaden your understanding of the reasons and process of research
• to train your academic skills (literature review, presentation, discussion, writing etc.)
• to earn new knowledge about current HRM topics and research results

You will be informed about the detailed times after the registration.

The topics will be assigned in the opening session. Please note that participation in the opening session and registration in the opal group is mandatory for further participation in the seminar.
