W738: Corporate Planning & Management Control

This OPAL course is for winter term 2025/26.
I hereby say welcome to you in my lecture. You will learn a lot which implies that you will work a lot in my course.
Please subscribe to my course (see tab “enrollment/Einschreibung”) and have a thorough look at my Forum posts (see tab “Forum”).
Until then, I ask for your patience. Any of your questions will not be discussed now, but in the first teaching session. You will find a lot of information with regard to my course and homework for the first seven lecture weeks already in the OPAL forum. So definitely, have a thorough look and work your way proactively through the material provided, especially prepare the homework for the 1st week, the 2nd week, and the 3rd week.
Suppose you unsubscribe from this OPAL course again during the semester. In that case, I advise you to do the following in addition to unsubscribing so that after you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive subscriptions to reminder emails that new posts are posted in the forum or that new files are available: in the upper right corner click on the triangle next to your own name -> News -> Manage subscriptions -> Select course and unsubscribe.
Given several incidents in the last two semesters, I want to stress the following point which is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL: Any email that I write to you has to be answered by you immediately. If this is not the case, you CANNOT PARTICIPATE in my course any more which means I will definitely and ultimately take you out of the course.
